A digital marketing firm in Jakarta is seeking a Business Development Associate to drive client acquisition through innovative strategies and teamwork. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in business development within media agencies and possesses strong sales, negotiation, and analytical skills. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely and contribute to the company's long-term growth.
Doing massive canvassing through online, call & offline approaches. Set up as many qualified meetings to introduce FUSENA Digital to acquire new clients, handle objections, and finalize complex deals contributing to revenue growth. Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to find potential customers. Develop market strategies by researching lists of high‑potential prospects. Work in close coordination with the Account team, Ads Operations & Corporate even though we are doing remote work. Direct report to COO & CEO and actively take part in the long‑term business goals setting in FUSENA Digital strategy and growth blueprint.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development/sales/marketing within media agencies. Experience in online media buying agencies, particularly focused on performance, will be considered an added advantage. Having an educational background in Advertising, Communication, Economy, Business, or Information and technology (IT) is preferred. Be able to communicate professionally and have presentation skills. Have strong sales and negotiation skills. Be able to calculate precisely and have analytical skills. Self‑motivated, success‑driven, and willing to collaborate with teams and should possess strong interpersonal skills. Based in Indonesia (preferably Jabodetabek).
