Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Representative to spearhead our lead generation and conversion efforts remotely for the Singapore market. You will be responsible for identifying high-value prospects via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, initiating strategic outreach, and converting leads into paying customers. This role is ideal for a hunter who thrives on autonomy and is motivated by a lucrative commission-based reward system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other digital tools to identify and map out potential B2B clients in Singapore.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Execute multi-channel outreach strategies (InMail, email, and cold calling) to engage C-suite executives and decision-makers.
  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Manage the sales process from initial contact and discovery calls to proposal presentation and closing.
  • Market Alignment: Articulate the value proposition of MixWork’s EOR and talent sourcing services to Singaporean businesses looking to tap on manpower in Indonesia for growth.
  • CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of lead activity and pipeline health to ensure accurate forecasting.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven Track Record: At least 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in lead generation and closing deals remotely.
  • Tool Proficiency: Advanced expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator is mandatory.
  • Market Experience: Previous experience selling to the Singapore market or international clients is highly preferred.
  • Communication: Exceptional command of English (written and spoken), with the ability to build rapport with Singaporean business leaders.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
