Tasks

The Role

We are hiring a hands-on Automation Lead to take ownership of reviewing, redesigning, and automating Ahti’s core business processes from A to Z, wherever it makes sense.

This role is not about experimenting with tools or “adding AI for the sake of it.”

It is about building a robust operational nervous system — using automation and AI to reduce manual work, prevent errors, and enforce consistent execution across teams.

You will sit at the intersection of operations, systems, and applied AI.
