As a Kitchen Helper (F&B), you will play a key supporting role in maintaining cleanliness, assisting the service team, and ensuring every guest enjoys a pleasant visit.

• Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent education, with a maximum age of 28

• At least 1 year of experience in the F&B industry or similar position

• Familiar with kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards

• Knowledge of stock rotation systems (FIFO & FEFO)

• Energetic, polite, well-groomed, and a reliable team player

• Assist cooks in food preparation and kitchen cleaning tasks

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area at all times

• Organize and rotate kitchen supplies according to FIFO/FEFO systems

• Maintain readiness of kitchen equipment and tools for daily operations

• Support overall kitchen operations by performing duties efficiently and responsibly
