Position

Training Specialist – AEON Mall BSD, Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training to every employee, apprentice and outsource in appointed store.
• Orchestrate a range of training activities in appointed store, starting from scheduling to reporting.
• Prepare training tools and training equipment.
• Coordinate with HR Training Head Quarter to deliver training program.
• Support store management to ensure every employee and outsource follow company regulation.
• Propose ideas to HR Training Head Quarter to make improvement in Training Department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from any major with proven experience in delivering training, with minimum 3 years experience as trainer, preferably in retail industry.
• Strong understanding of training delivery & training methodology.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passionate about teaching and developing people.
• Training certification will be an advantage.
• Willing to work with shifting schedule following Mall Operational Hour.
• Willing to be placed in AEON Mall BSD, Tangerang.
