This role emphasizes a people-first approach to facilitate smooth transitions for new hires.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in training & development, preferably in Retail or FMCG.
- Strong expertise in training needs analysis.
- Hands-on experience with virtual training tools and AI-driven solutions.

- Identify skill gaps and create impactful training programs.
- Develop interactive materials using e-learning and gamification.
- Conduct workshops and 1:1 coaching.

- Identify skill gaps and create impactful training programs tailored to business needs and future industry trends.
- Develop interactive materials using e-learning, gamification, and digital training platforms.
- Conduct hands-on workshops, leadership development programs, and 1:1 coaching to enhance performance.
- Ensure new hires transition smoothly through structured onboarding and culture integration programs.
- Bachelors Degree in HR, Education, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in training & development, preferably in Retail or FMCG.
- Strong expertise in learning design, instructional systems (ADDIE model), and training needs analysis.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Canva, and video editing tools (VN, CapCut, Movie Editor) for engaging training content.
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, virtual training tools (Google Meet, Zoom), and AI-driven learning solutions.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills with a people-first approach.
