We are looking for an experienced HRGA & Legal SPV to join our team! To fill this position, you have to meet the following:
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in HR, General Affairs, and Legal functions
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law, employment regulations, and compliance requirements
- Experience in handling contracts, permits, company legal documents, and external liaison with government institutions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage across all levels of the organization
- Problem-solving and decision making with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in English (written & spoken)
Responsibilities
- Supervise end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, employee relations, training & development, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and HR records accurately
- Oversee General Affairs (GA) functions: office administration, asset management, vendor management, and company facilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement initiatives
- Become a liaison between departments within the company’s organization
- Handle foreign permit: RPTKA, VISA, and other related permits
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Ensure company compliance with corporate legal requirements, permits, licenses, and industry regulations
- Liaise with external parties including government institutions, legal consultants, and relevant stakeholders
- Handle legal disputes, employee issues, and represent the company when needed
