Job summary

A trading company in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced HRGA & Legal Supervisor to supervise HR processes and ensure compliance with labor regulations. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 4-5 years of experience in HR and legal functions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law. We are looking for an experienced HRGA & Legal SPV to join our team! To fill this position, you have to meet the following:

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in HR, General Affairs, and Legal functions
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law, employment regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Experience in handling contracts, permits, company legal documents, and external liaison with government institutions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage across all levels of the organization
  • Problem-solving and decision making with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in English (written & spoken)
Responsibilities
  • Supervise end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, employee relations, training & development, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
  • Manage payroll, benefits administration, and HR records accurately
  • Oversee General Affairs (GA) functions: office administration, asset management, vendor management, and company facilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Become a liaison between departments within the company’s organization
  • Handle foreign permit: RPTKA, VISA, and other related permits
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
  • Ensure company compliance with corporate legal requirements, permits, licenses, and industry regulations
  • Liaise with external parties including government institutions, legal consultants, and relevant stakeholders
  • Handle legal disputes, employee issues, and represent the company when needed
