Job summary

A leading company in manufacturing is seeking a Human Resources Manager in Bali. The role involves managing HR strategies aligned with business goals, overseeing recruitment and training, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years experience in HR, with strong communication skills and proficiency in HRIS platforms. This position offers a competitive salary up to Rp 10,000,000 gross.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources / General Affairs, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proficient in using HRIS platforms and other HR-related systems.
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing HR & GA strategies, policies, and SOPs aligned with business objectives.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development programs.
  • Handling industrial relations, employee issues, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Job description

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9-5 with 1 Hour lunch break) & Saturday (9-2, without lunch break)

Salary: Up to Rp 10,000,000 gross

Requirements:
  • Active command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources / General Affairs, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, industrial relations, and manpower regulations.
  • Proficient in using HRIS platforms (e.g., Talenta) and other HR-related systems.
  • Proven experience in facility, asset, and office/plant operations management.
  • Excellent communication skills and cross‑departmental collaboration abilities.
  • Highly disciplined, detail‑oriented, with strong integrity and leadership qualities.
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing HR & GA strategies, policies, and SOPs aligned with business objectives.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development programs.
  • Developing, monitoring, and evaluating HR KPIs and performance management systems.
  • Handling industrial relations, employee issues, and ensuring full compliance with labor regulations.
  • Managing compensation and benefits, including payroll coordination, BPJS, insurance, leave management, and personnel administration.
  • Overseeing office and plant facilities, including security, vehicles, inventory, and asset management.
  • Managing permits, vendor contracts, and coordination of operational logistics.
  • Preparing regular HR & GA reports and providing strategic insights and recommendations to management.
