Job summary

A healthcare organization in Indonesia is seeking an HR Officer to manage operational tasks within the Human Resources department. Job description

•Responsible for operational aspects of the Hospital's human resources department in accordance with established Group HR standards, policies, procedures and regulations and applicable accreditation requirements.

•Work on all operational aspects of the Hospital's human resources department (including recruitment processes, staff contracts & onboarding, payroll processing, employee relations, etc.) in accordance with established Group HR standards, policies, procedures, as well as applicable labor regulations.

•Manage the maintenance of staff data and records in the HRIS database and ensure that all records (including employment forms, licenses, certifications) are accurate and up to date (and work with affected staff to resolve any discrepancies).

•Support recruiting backend and administrative support such as scheduling interviews, background checks, bid documentation, contracting and onboarding processes.

•Prepare monthly payroll reconciliation and summary reports and ensure that all payroll data is processed in a timely and accurate manner before sending reports to the Head Office HR team as well as the Hospital Finance team.

•Work closely with the Head of HR to plan and execute staff engagement ideas/activities throughout the hospital (e.g., bonding events, themed office days, etc.)

  • Bachelor’s degree in any major (background in Psychology or Management is preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, recruitment, or training. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Possess good communication skills.
