Job summary
An international fashion company based in Jakarta is seeking a skilled recruiter for livestream roles. This position involves handling complete recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, and collaborating with HRBP and business leaders. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resources, has robust recruitment experience, and is fluent in English with Mandarin as a plus. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment targeting the Southeast Asian market.

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for livestream roles.
- Source candidates through multiple channels.
- Manage recruitment processes including posting and onboarding.

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Specially for livestream roles (Host, Operations, and support teams).
Work with HRBP and business leaders to understand hiring needs and plan manpower.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks.
Screen and interview candidates to ensure quality, especially in sales and livestream skills.
Manage the recruitment process: posting, sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
Track recruitment progress and share regular updates with management.
Guide and support junior recruiters.
Stay updated on talent trends in fashion, livestreaming, and e-commerce.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- English required, Mandarin is a plus.
- Previous company in Fashion/ Retail/Livestreaming business will be a plus.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or retail environment.
- Familiarity with end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Good understanding of HR systems and recruitment tools (e.g., Jobstreet, LinkedIn, ATS, etc.).
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Able to work fast and adapt in a dynamic environment.
