Job summary

Job description

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Specially for livestream roles (Host, Operations, and support teams).

Work with HRBP and business leaders to understand hiring needs and plan manpower.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks.

Screen and interview candidates to ensure quality, especially in sales and livestream skills.

Manage the recruitment process: posting, sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.

Track recruitment progress and share regular updates with management.

Guide and support junior recruiters.

Stay updated on talent trends in fashion, livestreaming, and e-commerce.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • English required, Mandarin is a plus.
  • Previous company in Fashion/ Retail/Livestreaming business will be a plus.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or retail environment.
  • Familiarity with end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Good understanding of HR systems and recruitment tools (e.g., Jobstreet, LinkedIn, ATS, etc.).
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Able to work fast and adapt in a dynamic environment.
