Our client is a Japanese Trading company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker Sales Development Senior Staff/Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities
  • Developing new good customers (needs research)
  • Finding new good suppliers (seed research)
  • Taking on new business market (mainly automotive and motorcycle, but also exploring other markets)
  • Collaborating with ASEAN Development (based in Thailand) members (regular information exchange)
  • Identify customer needs and provide suitable product or solution proposals
  • Support customers in the early development stage by understanding technical requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers for samples, specifications, and pricing
  • Manage project timelines, follow-up actions, and communication throughout the development process
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive new business opportunities
  • Support market research, product introduction, and general sales activities in Indonesia
  • Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Business-level Japanese and English
  • More than 5 years of sales experience IN/TO manufacturing company
  • Having experience in Japanese company
  • Flexible persons and willing to challenge new things
