A leading health technology company in Batam is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to oversee a team and ensure production efficiency. Responsibilities include managing financial reviews, implementing Lean projects, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Responsible for overseeing a moderate‑sized team, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to deadlines. Conducts financial reviews, appraises performance, drives continuous improvement, optimizes manufacturing performance, provides training, and implements new systems and processes.
We believe that we are better together than apart. Our office‑based teams work in person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full‑time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are primarily conducted at customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
