About the role

Reporting directly to the General Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to join PT. PARADOR MANAGEMENT INTERNATIONAL as a Hotel Manager. In this full‑time role based in Tangerang Banten, you will be responsible for overseeing all hotel operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and maximising profitability.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and lead the hotel team, providing direction, motivation and development opportunities
• Oversee all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue, occupancy and customer satisfaction
• Manage the hotel's budget, forecast financial performance and report on key metrics
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and company policies
• Foster strong relationships with guests, local authorities and the community
• Identify and capitalise on opportunities for business growth and expansion

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or equivalent senior hospitality role
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent operational and financial management skills, with a track record of driving profitability
