We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bancassurance Syariah Specialist to join our team at PT PFI Mega Life Insurance. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our banking partners to drive the growth of our Syariah‑compliant insurance products.
- Collaborate closely with banking partners to identify and capture new business opportunities.
- Deliver effective product training and demonstrations to bank staff to enhance their knowledge and confidence in selling Syariah‑compliant insurance solutions.
- Provide expert advice and support to bank customers on the features and benefits of our Syariah‑compliant insurance offerings.
- Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to promote our Syariah‑compliant insurance products through banking channels.
- Analyse market trends and customer feedback to contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of our Syariah‑compliant insurance portfolio.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular performance reporting to internal stakeholders.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Bancassurance or agency sales role, with a proven track record of success in the Syariah‑compliant insurance market.
- Extensive knowledge of Syariah‑compliant insurance products and regulations, as well as a deep understanding of the banking and finance industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with banking partners and customers.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to identify and close business opportunities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; post‑graduate qualifications in Syariah‑compliant business practices are highly desirable.
