Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing a moderate‑sized team, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to deadlines. Conducts financial reviews, appraises performance, drives continuous improvement, optimizes manufacturing performance, provides training, and implements new systems and processes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a moderate‑sized team of highly skilled direct reports, overseeing production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to deadlines.
  • Review detailed financial forecasts and operating plans to guide strategic financial decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across sectors, implementing Lean projects and optimizing key metrics such as productivity, cost of non‑quality, and equipment utilization.
  • Prioritize operator competence and safety, ensuring thorough training in production processes and Health & Safety protocols.
  • Maintain consistency and accuracy throughout production, ensuring strict adherence to specifications and quality standards.
  • Define and execute Lean projects to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and maximize efficiency.
  • Oversee implementation of new systems and processes, including New Product Introduction (NPI).
  • Foster a collaborative work environment and elevate team capacity through talent management and career development.
Qualifications

How We Work Together

We believe that we are better together than apart. Our office‑based teams work in person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full‑time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are primarily conducted at customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
