About the role
Join PT Indonesia Weda Bay Industrial Park as an Accounting Specialist. This full-time position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta will see you play a crucial role in the company's finance and accounting operations. Utilising your expertise in financial accounting and reporting.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Analyse financial data, identify trends and provide insights to support business decision-making
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Liaise with HR and bank to ensure that payroll submission data to the bank, ensuring that all necessary documentation and information are provided and processed on time.
- Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts and other financial planning activities
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve accounting-related queries
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting policies, procedures and systems
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 1-5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Mandarin language
- Willing to work under tenant company
