ShapeShell is seeking a motivated and qualified professional with solid experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) to join our team as a QMS Coordinator, supporting the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our quality processes.

The company’s manufacturing plant is based in Batam, Indonesia and this position will be based full-time at this plant.

Job Description

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s QMS in accordance with ISO and other international standards.
• Monitor and improve quality processes across all manufacturing operations.
• Develop and maintain the audit plan, lead internal audits, and manage coordination of external certification audits.
• Ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and corrective actions.
• Train and support staff on QMS procedures and best practices.
• Manage the customer complaints handling process to ensure that all complaints are logged with the right information.
• Monitor and report on QMS performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations to the Head of Quality and General Manager.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QMS management roles.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, Document control, and audit processes.
• Good interpersonal skills to communicate and collaborate with all stakeholders and deal with situations proactively.
• Excellent leadership and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Willing to be based in Batam.
