About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Graphic/Visual Designer Supervisor to lead our creative endeavors. This role is pivotal in shaping and elevating our brand's visual identity across all touchpoints. You will not only be a hands-on design expert but also a strategic leader who can translate brand objectives into powerful, resonant visual experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and evolve our complete brand visual identity system, ensuring consistency and excellence across all platforms.
- Translate brand strategy and marketing goals into compelling visual concepts and final designs.
- Independently lead and execute high-complexity creative projects from concept to completion.
- Create a wide range of visual assets, with a strong focus on:
- Exhibition and large-scale event main visuals and materials.
- Digital media content, including social media graphics, web assets, and video content.
- Stay at the forefront of design trends, tools, and technologies, bringing a cutting-edge vision to our creative output.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Visual Communication Design, Art Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional design experienceand at least 1 year in a senior designer or design supervisory role.
- A proven portfolio demonstrating experience in creating or reshaping projects with a complete brand visual identity system.
- Rich experience in designing for exhibitions, large-scale events, and their supporting materials.
- Demonstrable expertise in digital media and video content design.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design/video editing software.
- Deep understanding of brand strategy with a proven ability to turn it into powerful visual expression.
- Familiar with Indonesian local culture and current aesthetic trends, with the ability to balance this with maintaining a consistent global brand tone.
- Possess a cutting-edge design vision, strong innovative consciousness, and the ability to lead high-complexity projects independently.
- Language: Fluentin English both verbal and written; Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus.
