What you'll be doing

• Train hosts/co-hosts in live techniques, intonation, selling skills, and product knowledge.
• Provide coaching and constructive feedback to improve host performance.
• Conduct quality control before and during livestream sessions (SOP, compliance, delivery).
• Develop scripts and guidance for livestream flow and key selling points.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support livestream needs.
• Support the recruitment process for hosts (camera test, intonation assessment).
• Create reports and documentation on host development progress.

What we're looking for

• 3‑5 years of experience in the livestream industry (as a Host, Host Trainer, or related position).
• Minimum 1‑2 years of experience specifically as a Host Trainer.
• Excellent public speaking skills.
• Able to conduct effective training, coaching, and performance evaluations for hosts.
• Familiar with SOPs, livestream scripts, and understands livestream flow and selling techniques.
• Able to work in a fast‑paced, adaptive, and results‑oriented environment.
