Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front Office Supervisor to lead our Front Office team in one of our hotels in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times.

Main Responsibilities:

Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues and complaints in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
Support, assist, and train team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints.
Monitor lobby traffic and adjust staffing accordingly.
Perform all other duties as requested.
Offer timely information about hotel services and facilities to guests.
Build strong relationships and liaise with other departments.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

Minimum 2 to 3 years work experience as Front Office.
Possess a valid Driver's License (SIM A).
Proficient in English.
Pleasant appearance.
Good communication skills.
Problem-solving skills.
Friendly, Honest, and Detail-oriented.
