About the Role

Luxfeline Global Technology is looking for an experienced and highly analytical Ads Operator who can expertly manage advertising campaigns across TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads. This role requires deep hands‑on experience, strong data interpretation skills, and the ability to run high-performing paid campaigns for e-commerce and performance-driven environments.

You will be responsible for daily optimization, audience targeting, budget management, and scaling strategies to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Conduct daily monitoring of budgets, bids, ROAS, CPA, and overall campaign performance.
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, copywriting, audiences, and placements.
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
  • Coordinate closely with creative, marketing, TSP, and livestream teams for synchronized strategy.
  • Prepare detailed daily/weekly/monthly reports for management.
  • Ensure ad creatives comply with platform policies and best practices.
  • Identify growth opportunities and propose new scaling strategies.
Requirements
  • Excellent hands‑on skill in TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads – minimum 2–3 years experience.
  • Proven success managing performance campaigns (high ROAS, efficient CPA, strong conversion results).
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability.
  • Ability to read data and transform insights into optimization actions.
  • Experience in e-commerce, agency, TSP, or digital performance roles.
  • Proficient in Excel/Sheets for reporting and analysis.
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
  • Must work on-site at Baywalk Mall, Pluit.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience running ads for TikTok Shop or e-commerce products.
  • Familiarity with attribution, funnel performance, pixel/SDK tracking.
  • Ability to evaluate and brief creative materials for ad testing.
  • Parking membership support.
