Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Indonesia is seeking a Supply Chain & Procurement Senior Manager to oversee the overall supply chain system. The role involves managing production planning, procurement activities, and warehouse management to ensure efficiency. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and experience in team management. This is a full-time position located in the Cikarang area.

Qualifications

  • Experience in team management, leadership, and lead the team members.
  • Knowing about business finance in general, fully experience on SCM preferred.

  • Create, implement, monitor, and evaluate the overall supply chain system for efficiency.
  • Manage all production planning and delivery activities.
  • Manage procurement activities for production materials.
  • Oversee warehouse activities from stock raw materials to finished goods management.
  • Lead Sales and Operations Planning activities.
  • Implement innovative improvement programs for productivity.

Supply Chain & Procurement Senior Manager - Manufacture - Cikarang
  • Create, implement, monitor, and evaluate the overall supply chain system so that production activities to delivery can run effectively and efficiently.
  • Manage all production planning and delivery activities from production activities to delivery so that production activities can run according to plan with the most efficient and effective cost and cash possible.
  • Manage procurement activities for production material needs, production support materials, etc. so that production activities run smoothly.
  • Manage warehouse activities starting from stock raw materials, supporting materials, to finished goods management to ensure that storage and loading processes can run smoothly, efficiently and safely.
  • Manage procurement activities with the concept of partner to win with suppliers to get added value for the company.
  • Manage the company's Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) activities so that the company's top/bottom line achievements can be achieved.
  • Manage the Innovation timeline well according to the new product launch/relaunch plan so that it can run according to the predetermined plan.
  • Implement innovative improvement programs (SGA, 5R Area Adopter, Kaizen, etc.) in line with company regulations/procedures to improve work productivity.
