Wedding Project Leader - Development Program

We’re looking for passionate and organized individuals to join our Wedding Project Leader Development Program. This is a fast-track opportunity for those who want to grow in the wedding & event industry and become a reliable project leader.

What You’ll Do:

Assist and lead the whole wedding planning process — from meetings, preparations, to execution on the wedding day.

Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Help manage timelines, checklists, and rundowns for each wedding project.

Be on the field during weddings to lead the crew and ensure the big day runs perfectly.

Join evaluations and contribute ideas to improve our workflow and service quality.

Learn directly from experienced mentors and seniors.

Who We’re Looking For :

Minimal D3/S1 from any major (communication, hospitality, or event-related background is a plus)

Experience in events/weddings/organization min. 2 years

Confident, disciplined, and a natural problem-solver

Willing to work on weekends (most weddings happen then!)

Ready to be mobile & work on-site during events

Able to handle pressure & deadlines
