About the role

Reporting into the Head of Estate Management, this is an exciting opportunity to join PT. LIPPO KARAWACI TBK as the Community Engagement & Reputation Management Lead based in Makassar, South Sulawesi. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with the local community, ensuring the company's reputation and social license to operate in the region.

• Managing the company's reputation and addressing any community concerns or issues that may arise.
• Collaborating with internal teams to identify and execute on community investment and development initiatives.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for community members and organizations, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitoring local media and social media channels, and proactively addressing any negative coverage or sentiment.
• Preparing regular reports on community engagement activities and their impact.
• Providing strategic recommendations to senior management on community‑related matters.
• Handling all complaints related to estate management.
