A hospitality company in Jakarta Utara is looking for a Finance and Accounting Staff to handle daily sales reconciliation, manage accounts, and prepare financial statements. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with at least 2 years of experience in the F&B industry. Strong understanding of accounting systems and good communication skills are essential.
Record and reconcile daily sales, cash flow, and banking transactions.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, petty cash, and vendor payments.
Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports.
Ensure timely payroll processing and tax compliance (PPh, PPN, BPJS).
Support budgeting, cost control, and expense monitoring.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and management.
Monitor stock and cost of goods in coordination with the bar manager and procurement team.
Maintain organized financial documentation and filing systems.
Assist in financial planning for events, collaborations, and partnerships.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B, hospitality, or entertainment industry.
Strong understanding of accounting systems (e.g., Accurate, Jurnal, or similar).
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and trustworthy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced creative setting.
