Job Responsibilities:

• Lead tech-engineering tasks to assist the technical team in meeting the company's business objectives.
• Guide, manage, and train the technical team in system development to enhance product quality.
• Design system architectures to improve product efficiency, availability, scalability, flexibility, functionality, and usability.
• Possess a deep understanding of software architecture, operating systems, and networking principles.
• Collaborate with the technical team to establish benchmarks, standardizations, technical specifications, and other mechanisms for non-functional requirements.
• Work closely with users and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Create tools and resources to help the team work more efficiently and effectively.

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a related field, with at least 2 years prior experience as a software developer/engineer/programmer.
• Proficiency in planning, architecting, designing, estimating, and executing to ensure successful software development delivery to customers.
• Leadership skills with the ability to guide team members and ensure the completion of tasks in alignment with business needs.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively.
• Deep knowledge of information technology, software development, and distributed frameworks, with enthusiasm for emerging technologies.
• Ability to identify and resolve technical issues in a highly adaptive environment.
