A leading FMCG company in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced Sales Planning professional. You will lead sales forecasting, develop targets, and analyze trade promotions. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in relevant fields. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerBI are needed for this role.
Ensure the sales team has the right targets, forecasting, trade plans, and execution strategy to deliver revenue.
Lead sales forecasting and demand planning in coordination with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
Develop monthly and quarterly sales targets by region, channel, and SKU.
Design and evaluate trade promotion plans, including post-promo analysis and ROI tracking.
Drive route-to-market optimization for GT and MT channels, ensuring distributor coverage, assortment, and efficiency.
Monitor sales performance metrics (e.g., outlet execution, strike rate, numeric and weighted distribution).
Partner closely with the Sales Director and Country Manager to align on strategic priorities and performance delivery.
Develop and maintain pricing strategies, discount structures, and trade spend guardrails.
Analyze Gross Margin and Contribution Margin to support commercial decision-making.
Conduct scenario modeling for sales and promotional plans.
Review and approve trade investments and sales programs in line with budget and ROI expectations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance/Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Planning, Commercial, or Finance roles within FMCG industry.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, or other reporting tools.
Good understanding of trade promotions, pricing, and channel management.
Detail-oriented, data-driven, and able to translate numbers into actionable insights.
