Reporting to the Head of Sales, this full-time Sales Manager role offers an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at PT. Jeikei Retail Indonesia, a leading fashion retail company. As Sales Manager for the Marhen J brand, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and overseeing the operations of the brand's stores in Central Jakarta.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver excellent customer service and maximise sales
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Marhen J stores, ensuring efficient inventory management and visual merchandising standards
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns
- Provide regular reports on store performance and make recommendations to senior management
- Ensure all stores comply with company policies, procedures and applicable regulations
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a retail sales management role, preferably within the fashion industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store profitability
- Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and stakeholders
- Proficient in using retail management software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
