Bachelor of Occupational Health & Safety / Environmental Engineering

Minimum 5 years of experience as HSE Manager, with experience in projects site.

Proven experience in managing high-risk and complex projects, including EPC and multi-discipline environments.

Strong understanding of local and international HSE regulations, standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001), and best practices.

Excellent leadership and people management skills.

Strong personality with the ability to enforce safety rules under pressure and in challenging conditions.

Effective communication and coordination skills across all levels of the organization.

Certified by AK3 Umum and K3 Konstruksi (Ahli Madya), active license is preferably.

Fluent in English both speaking and writing.

Job Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor HSE plans, procedures, and policies in accordance with local regulations and international standards.

Lead HSE audits, risk assessments, and inspections across the construction site.

Provide strategic direction and support to site teams to achieve a zero-incident culture.

Ensure compliance with all legal and contractual HSE requirements.

Investigate incidents and near-misses, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

Train, mentor, and supervise HSE officers and personnel on-site.

Liaise with client representatives, contractors, and government authorities on all HSE matters.

Prepare regular reports on HSE performance, statistics, and improvement actions.

Promote continuous improvement in safety behavior and practices throughout the project lifecycle.
