As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Business Development Specialist to play a key role in driving growth, building partnerships, and unlocking new opportunities in the OOH ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

• Identify & Generate Opportunities: Proactively seek out new business prospects and convert them into long-term partnerships.
• Build Relationships: Establish and nurture strong connections with clients, advertisers, and media owners.
• Market Research & Insights: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to uncover growth opportunities.
• Negotiate & Collaborate: Lead negotiations, close deals, and ensure smooth execution of contracts and partnerships.
• Client Success: Deliver excellent service to ensure client satisfaction and foster sustainable partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Exposure to or interest in lead generation and account management.
• Customer-first mindset with proven service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Experience in advertising or OOH industry is a strong plus.
• Open to entry-level candidates or fresh graduates with strong internship/organizational experience, a drive for excellence, and eagerness to learn.
