IT DIGITAL IMPROVEMENT MANAGER
Job summary
A leading industrial company in Indonesia is seeking a skilled IT Project/Transformation Manager to develop IT strategies and implement digital transformation initiatives. Candidates must have a degree in IT or related fields, at least 5 years of experience in relevant sectors, and strong skills in IT project management. This role is based in Cikarang and will require full on-site presence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project/Transformation Manager role, especially in manufacturing/FMCG/pharmaceuticals.
- Proven experience in IT project management and business process reengineering.
- Familiarity with AI implementation in operations and customer-facing systems is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Develop IT Blueprint strategy to map systems and identify gaps.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies across departments.
- Ensure centralized data governance and system scalability.
- Act as the main liaison between IT, business units, and vendors.
- Drive continuous improvements to boost productivity.
- Manage budget and costs to maximize profitability.
Skills
Education
Develop a comprehensive IT Blueprint strategy to map current systems, identify priority gaps, and propose new solutions aligned with business needs.
Evaluating and implementing new technologies and digital transformation (example AI integration, etc) across all departments within the Boga Group ecosystem to improve business operations.
Ensure centralized data governance, data analytical and system scalability to support timely and data driven decision-making.
Act as the main liaison between IT, business units and external vendor to ensure responsiveness, prioritization, and delivery of high impact projects.
Driving and executing continuous improvement to boost productivity and operational efficiency for Boga Group.
Managing and controlling budget and costs to maximize profitability.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Min 5 years of experience in similar position of IT Project/Transformation Manager or related field in manufacturing/FMCG/pharmaceutical companies.
- Strong background in IT system architecture, ERP, cybersecurity, data analytics, and enterprise level digital transformation.
- Proven experience in IT project management, stakeholder coordination, and business process reengineering.
- Familiarity with AI implementation in operations and customer facing systems is highly desirable.
- Ability to create and execute a systemwide IT roadmap and prioritize based on business value.
- Strong analytical thinking, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills.
- Willing to be placed at Cikarang (full on-site).
