• Identify growth opportunities through cross‑selling and upselling initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and manage Product Specialists to achieve sales targets.
• Set and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual team performance goals.
• Support key sales opportunities through technical presentations, proof of concept, and solution design.
• Ensure strong product knowledge, application understanding, and competitive awareness.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
• Monitor sales pipeline, revenue performance, and product margins.
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to support decision‑making.
