About the role

As the Head of Commercial Sales at PT GWS Era Medika, you will be responsible for leading the commercial sales team and driving the company's sales strategy. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta Raya. You will be a key member of the senior management team, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve the company's revenue targets
  • Manage and motivate the commercial sales team, providing coaching and mentorship to ensure optimal performance
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiating and closing deals with potential clients
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics and identify new revenue streams
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the business as a member of the senior management team
What we're looking for
  • Significant experience (8+ years) in a senior commercial sales leadership role, preferably within the healthcare or medical industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Excellent people management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate and develop high‑performing sales teams
  • Strong negotiation and deal‑closing skills, with the ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships
  • Keen understanding of market trends, competitor analysis and industry best practices
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
