Sales Assistant Manager (Cold Rolled Steel - Mandarin Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales Assistant Manager (Cold Rolled Steel - Mandarin Speaker) to join our dynamic team at PT. POSCO INTERNATIONAL INDONESIA. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with our valued customers. Your fluency in Mandarin will be a significant asset as you navigate the diverse landscape of our operations in Indonesia.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct all sales processes (quotations, negotiating terms, checking commercial terms, and preparing shipping documents in accordance with delivery schedules) to ensure compliance with Levels of Authority and other relevant policies.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of each sales process.
• Monitor and follow up on ongoing orders, shipment delivery, and customers’ requirements.
• Monitor accounts receivable and coordinate with the Finance Department for timely invoicing and collections.
• Proactively handle situations that arise, providing problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Be available for business trips (both domestic and international).

• Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Literature, Economics, Business, International Business, Engineering, or a related major.
• Advanced English communication skills (both verbal and written).
