Position: Factory / Production Manager
Work Location: Denpasar, Bali

We are looking for a Factory / Production Manager to lead and develop the production & operations of PT Faris Jaya Makmur, a Smokeless Tobacco and Nicotine Pouches Manufacturer. Our mission is to make Indonesia—and the world—smokeless through tobacco-free and nicotine-free pouches and beyond.

• Lead and manage all factory operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with automation processes.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve production efficiency, maintain quality standards, and optimize costs.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP, BSCI and other industry regulations.
• Oversee production, maintenance, quality control, and supply chain to meet operational and business targets.
• Drive automation adoption and innovation, working with engineering teams to enhance manufacturing processes.
• Analyze production data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and increased productivity.
• Mentor and train the workforce, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety and quality protocols.
• Collaborate with senior management to align factory operations with broader business goals.

• Experience in leading automated factory operations in the manufacturing sector.
• A critical thinker who is able to find areas of improvement and develop methods.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Automated Factory Manager or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Expertise in certification processes such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP, BSCI, or other relevant standards.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with PLC, SCADA, IoT Manufacturing, and ERP production systems.
