Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales — preferably in Fintech, Banking, Financial Services, or Technology.

Demonstrated experience in identifying prospects, pitching, and acquiring new business clients or partners.

Good understanding of fintech ecosystem, digital lending, payments, or financial services landscape.

Familiarity with regulatory environments such as OJK, AFPI, and general compliance processes.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Able to prepare and deliver business proposals and product presentations confidently.

Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Operations, and Finance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market insights.

Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, research, and target potential partners and corporate clients.
  • Actively hunt new business opportunities through networking, digital outreach, referrals, and market intel.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive business proposals and product presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, key decision makers, and partner organizations.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor moves, and industry developments.
  • Work closely with Product, Legal, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth client onboarding and execution.
  • Relay market needs and customer feedback internally for product enhancement.
  • Represent the company in compliance needs such as OJK, AFPI, etc.
