Job summary

A luxury retail distributor in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced training specialist to develop and manage learning programs. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in retail operations, strong knowledge of fragrance products, and excellent communication and coaching skills. Responsibilities include identifying training needs, preparing materials, and managing the training calendar. This role requires fluency in English and the ability to travel as necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in training or retail operations, ideally in fashion, fragrance, or luxury retail.
• Strong knowledge of fragrance products, ingredients, and customer behavior.
• Willing to be based in Jakarta Utara and able to travel to other regions if needed.

• Prepare or curate training materials to support learning objectives.
