Who we look for:

The Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay is currently looking for Head Mixologist - Assistant Manager. This position reports to the Bar Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and innovate creative, high-quality cocktail recipes
  • Lead, train, and mentor bar staff to maintain consistent drink standards
  • Manage bar inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
  • Collaborate with management on menu development, promotions, and events
  • Maintain excellent customer service and engage with guests for feedback
  • Analyze sales data to refine offerings and improve bar performance
  • Organize special events, tastings, and cocktail demonstrations
  • Stay current on industry trends, spirits, and mixology techniques
  • Handle scheduling, staffing, and daily bar operations
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same position
  • Able to operate Food & Beverage system.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills; reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Minimum of Diploma.
