The Opportunity

As an Assistant Manager Operational - Mandarin Speaking at PT THRIVEWAYS TRADING INDONESIA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's business development efforts, with a focus on serving Mandarin-speaking clients and partners. This full-time position is based in Cengkareng, Jakarta Raya, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service and support to Mandarin-speaking clients and partners
• Assisting with the coordination and execution of business development activities, including prospecting, client onboarding, and maintaining strong relationships
• Facilitating effective communication and collaboration between the company and its Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
• Participating in the planning and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies targeting the Mandarin-speaking market
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to business development initiatives
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions
• Continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a positive and professional experience to clients and partners
• Demonstrable experience in a business development or client-facing role, preferably within the sales or operations function
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools to support business development activities
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a willingness to contribute to the team's success
• A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and actively seeking opportunities for continuous improvement
• Willing to work at Cengkareng, West Jakarta
• Operate OBS Application fluently (bonus part)
