A leading logistics company is seeking a Branch Business Development to drive growth in Jakarta Utara. You will be responsible for acquiring and retaining UMKM partners, implementing marketing strategies, and supporting partner development. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of sales experience. We're looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.

Qualifications

Branch Business Development - Jakarta Barat

As a Branch Business Development, you will play a vital role in driving growth within your assigned area by acquiring and retaining UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises). You will be responsible for implementing brand awareness and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and shipment targets, while also supporting UMKM partners in developing their businesses with Paxel.

Skills & Qualification:

  • Acquire and retain UMKM partners within the assigned region.
  • Implement and execute brand awareness and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and shipment targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with UMKM partners to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Support UMKM partners in business development initiatives to enhance their performance with Paxel.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any major.
