The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to Mandarin-speaking clients and partners
  • Assisting with the coordination and execution of business development activities, including prospecting, client onboarding, and maintaining strong relationships
  • Facilitating effective communication and collaboration between the company and its Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
  • Participating in the planning and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies targeting the Mandarin-speaking market
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to business development initiatives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a positive and professional experience to clients and partners
  • Demonstrable experience in a business development or client-facing role, preferably within the sales or operations function
