  • To ensure all safety aspects are respected and followed and to monitor and control the quality
  • To supervise the Cell Captain, and to follow up all action needed to be done
  • To ensure 5S management is implemented and sustained
  • To manage the arrangement of production operators to follow up production planning (monthly, weekly, daily) to achieve good OTDS
  • Follow up production orders and run them based on priority to achieve good
Qualifications
  • Education Degree in Industrial/ Mechanical/ Electrical or Equivalent
  • Min have 1 Year experience
  • Understanding of Schneider Performance System, Quality Policy & Safety Policy
  • Production Flow, Supervisory Skill, Product Knowledge, Fluent in English
