Qualifications

  • Min 5+ years proven sales experience in IT Consulting/Outsource/Recruitment Services.
  • Good presentation, negotiation, and business acumen skills.
  • Exposure to CRM applications is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day sales operations.
  • Develop new clients and manage existing client relationships.
  • Coordinate with delivery teams for client requirements.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations.
  • Report on performance KPIs.

Job description

Exposure to using CRM applications will be added advantage

Hybrid Working arrangement, Location: South Jakarta

Responsibilities:
  • Manage day to day sales operations
  • Hands on business development from cold calling, conduct client meetings and presentations and lead to closure.
  • Close coordination with delivery team to coordinate and cater to client requirements
  • Develop new clients and manage existing client relationship for repeat business
  • Good experience in working with request for proposal/ quotations (RFP/RFQ)
  • Experience in leading and managing teams
  • Follow up on invoicing and collection
  • Regular reporting on performance KPI
