We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities for our client based in Lurgan. The successful candidate will implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards.

1. Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
2. Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance
3. Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
4. Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
5. Communicate job expectations and coach employees
6. Determine staffing levels and assign workload
7. Communicate with customers to answer questions or solve problems
8. Maintain records, document and computerised
9. Identify areas of improvement and adjust existing work procedures and practices
10. Communicate and coordinate activities with other departments

1. Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor
2. Highly effective supervisory skills
3. Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
4. Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data
5. Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
8. Strong organisational and time management skills
9. FLT licence is not essential but it would be preferable

1. Monday to Thursday 0900hrs to 1800hrs
2. Friday 0800hrs to 1530hrs
3. Flexibility required to assist with spikes in volume
