Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support nightly production ensuring all targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met.
• Ensure BRCGS, HACCP, GMP, and RSPO compliance across operations.
• Lead and motivate a team of operators, ensuring smooth handovers and shift continuity.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and safe working practices.
• Identify process improvements and liaise with maintenance to ensure equipment uptime.
