Join a well-established contract electronics manufacturer with a reputation for excellence in the medical and defence sectors. With over two decades of success and a growing order book, this business is looking for a Production Supervisor to help drive operational performance and support exciting new projects.

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing day-to-day production across PCBA, sub-assembly, and final test
  • Coordinating build schedules with operations and commercial teams
  • Supporting new product introductions and engineering changes
  • Working alongside production staff to maintain quality and output
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Assisting with audits and ensuring compliance with ISO 13485
Qualifications
  • Proven background in electronics manufacturing or CEM/EMS
  • Familiarity with both surface-mount and through-hole assembly
  • Confident interpreting BOMs, drawings, and technical documentation
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Business Central desirable)
  • Understanding of regulated environments and quality standards
