Overview

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join a long-established manufacturer at their Bingley site. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role with clear progression routes as part of a wider growth and succession strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of production operatives
  • Create and maintain SOPs.
  • Deliver training and support staff development.
  • Work closely with planning to ensure efficient scheduling.
  • Promote and enforce health & safety standards.
  • Use ERP systems (SAP experience desirable, training provided for other ERP users).
Essential Requirements
  • Proven supervisory/leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to coordinate and deliver training.
  • IT literacy and familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Strong health & safety knowledge.
Desirable Experience
  • Background in belts, textiles, or other process-led manufacturing.
  • Experience within succession planning or change/modernisation environments.
