We're looking for an experienced and hands-on Night Shift Supervisor to help lead our production team through the night shift. Responsibilities

• As Night Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing production operations across the factory during the night shift. You'll ensure all customer orders are completed accurately and on time, coordinate staff across different lines to maximise productivity, and ensure that all food safety, health & safety, and quality standards are maintained.
• You'll work closely with the Production and Engineering teams to resolve issues quickly and keep production running smoothly.
• It's a hands-on role where leadership, attention to detail, and adaptability are key.

Qualifications
