Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Walsall

Pay Rates: Starting from 18 - 20 per hour (Negotiable, dependent on experience)

Hours: 06:00 - 16:30 (flexibility required to work 11-12 hour shifts)

We are seeking a hands-on Working Production Supervisor to join our growing food manufacturing business. This role is ideal for an experienced professional from the food industry - particularly within the meat sector - who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading from the front.

As a Working Supervisor, you will lead small teams across butchery, packing, chilled, and frozen areas, ensuring targets are met while maintaining the highest levels of hygiene, safety, and quality. You\'ll work closely with the Production Manager to deliver results and support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate small teams across butchery, packing, chilled, and frozen environments to achieve production targets
• Ensure high standards of hygiene, food safety, and compliance with SOPs and company policies
• Provide clear reporting and feedback to the Production Manager on progress, challenges, and team performance
• Set up and organise work areas to ensure production runs efficiently
• Coach, develop, and support team members to foster a positive and productive working environment
